Vinted Help please re funds not released

I sold an item on Vinted 1-2 weeks ago. Buyer received it as he sent me a picture of the item asking if I had redeemed the codes (it was a video game).

It's still saying that the item is at the buyers post office so no funds have been released to me.

I have just messaged him to ask him to confirm with Vinted that he has collected it. When I went to his profile it says "member blocked" and "member blocked from forum"

I am relatively new to Vinted so I don't know what any of this means. Will I get my money do you think? Can I report this to Vinted? If so, how?

I've never had a problem so far (hope I'm not tempting fate), but a quick look on the site shows
Click on Help Centre, Home then pick the recent order and go from there
