Could do with your opinion please as to how you do these in your kitchen ?
New menu items, ingredients needed - do you source and order?
Is it your responsibility to order everything you need in kitchen ?

My DH is a chef and I've worked in kitchens and yes, these are very much part of the chefs job.

I'm 2 years into running a bistro (after a complete career change) so wanted just to check how other chefs run things !
It's become a popular place (great but unexpected) and so need to try and be as efficient as possible!)
