Urgent - anyone any idea how to administer this test?

I need to get my teen DD to do a stool sample this morning before I leave for work (so next ten minutes),

I have no idea how she administers this kind of thing, I thought it would be a pot but now I've looked at what the walk-in centre gave me it's just a piece of paper?

Can't find anything on google, any ideas what she's supposed to do with this? Just wipe?

No point phoning the GP at this time the lines will be jammed...

there should be a sample pot. The piece of paper is to absorb spillages if the pot leaks in transit.

I think usually they should give a little pot? I wonder if this is missing from the bag?

Thank you. I'll have to go in to GP later they've obviously not given us all of it.

Please don't just wipe, I needs to be in a pot, unless there's a marked area and tooth picks to smear it on like an over 50s test.

It doesn't have to be a sterile container, but just something with a good seal.
