Anything with eggs in!
Bear in mind that 1 egg has about 12-13g of protein, and you want to aim for 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight per day. Maths, not my strong point, but I am aiming for 90g of protein a day. Which is a lot of eggs!
Some people suggest that front loading your protein works better at controlling hunger and energy levels, so trying to eat most of your protein early in the day.

I make batches of egg/bacon/cheese cooked in a muffin tray. Very nice and easy to snack on. Switch the bacon for smoked salmon, and use a milder cheese.

Good luck!

Pulses! Beans, lentils, quinoa, pearl barley, rice etc. Mix a couple of those into a curry or stew or something

Greek style yoghurt is quite high in protein. I get the 5% fat one from Lidl. It is a bit more expensive than their protein yoghurt but tastes so much nicer.

Thanks for posting these. I've just booked a Summer holiday and seriously need to lose some weight.

I do eat meat but I want to eat less.

Like omelette pops? Do you freeze and then nuke?
