Morning Fast - Does it Get Easier?

On a mission to lose 2 kg, don’t eat / drink junk generally but this is Christmas overhang + running injury.

Tried morning fast but caved in by 10 am instead of 12, could not work, felt agitated.

Does this mean I can’t do it generally or do you get over this in time?

It DOES get easier! Keep trying, eventually your body will adapt, even if you can just extend the fast by 10 mins a day, you'll get there.
