Vegetarian cafe/restaurant in Preston city centre?

Bit of a long shot but I thought I'd ask. Google and Tripadvisor are being no help at all, the places they mention either don't exist any more or they're a van in the market or they're not really veggie there's just a few bits.

For timing reasons it has to be in the city centre and I don't mind if it also serves meat as long as there's a decent veggie selection.

I've eaten at Rise, which has a good selection of vegetarian dishes. Some of the chains like Mowgli and Pizza Express probably also have a reasonable amount to choose from.
