De-bloating/detox

I saw a "celeb" promoting a de bloating and detox supplement on social media and after a bit of research it would appear the product she's promoting seems quite effective (as also reviewed by average members of the public). However it's really quite expensive so my question is, do any of you use a daily supplement that is good for tackling bloating/gut health etc that doesn't cost the earth?

Kefir, although it has gone up a fair bit lately.

@YoureWinningAtLife I'm not good with milky drinks , was hoping more for a tablet/supplement

You don't need anything to help you detox unless your liver and kidneys aren't working as that's their job. As for bloating find out what causes it and tackle that. Don't be fooled into products that won't really work

The best thing for debloating is to repair your gut health by taking a probiotic (Holland & Barrett have good ones) and then just drink tons of water. Aim for 3 or 4 litres a day.
