I was in a very good place. Found a regime that sort of worked and was bobbling along, not brilliant, but not a huge problem. Then I stupidly induced a big flush with a new cream nearly a week ago and now I’m back to square one. Flushing all over the place.

Anyone want to help me feel better by giving me things that might help before I quit my job and stay inside 24/7? Things that help a bit are Rosalique. It does seem to disguise the redness a little bit which I like. I can’t use a fan or water spray as I work with kids who would want to ask me endless questions. I have been known to shove ice packs into my bra, but they’re not easy to conjure up from nowhere 🤦🏻‍♀️

Things I’m thinking of now are a spray tan to disguise it as it’s the look of it that’s worse than anything.

I found cutting out gluten and always wearing factor 50 on my face helped to the point I’m almost rosacea free.

I found facial fake tan makes it worse

Oh bless you! Jo Jones over on Insta has rosacea and I saw a video of her with Nadine Baggott the other week- she used Dr Jart Cica colour correcting cream and the transformation was amazing.
Rose Gallagher also has rosacea and although she tends to go for the more is more make up look, she does use ITCC cream as a base. I have that and it's really good.

Have you tried Soolantra? From GP, on prescription. Brilliant stuff.

Ivermectin/Soolantra cream.

I have Soolantra on prescription and it's excellent. Ask your prescribing pharmacist.

Cutting out sugar and dairy has worked for me.

As soon as I eat them again for a few weeks, my rosacea flares up again.

Soolantra was the thing that was working but I’ve fucked it all up now and everything’s gone to shit.

You might need a course of oral antibiotics. Check it out with the GP (private if necessary - try online consultations via Superdrug or similar).
