Is this a verruca?! (Pic included)

I intend to pop to the pharmacy this evening after work and see if they can help, but if anyone can help in the meantime that would be great - I have attached a photo of my little boys toe which has a small hard spot on it - is this a verruca, or the Start of one? He swims once a week if relevant.

On the second toe? I don’t think so, no.

I can't really see anything in the photo but it sounds like it could be the start of one. My kids verrucas always start as a small, barely visible, hard lump.
You can either treat it right away with some gel or give it a few days to become more visible.

yes its the small mark on the second toe. normally i would think nothing of it but i did have a verucca once growing up (otherwise i wouldnt have even thought of it). its a small hard lump
