How do I get in touch with Amazon?

I ordered a low value item (£10) which wasn't what I expected and arranged a return in line with the policy.

I got a message saying there was no need to return it, and that they'd refund. I've been refunded and the return shows as compete on my account.

Now I'm getting emails from Amazon saying that the item was delivered on x date and that therefore I need to pay. I never claimed it wasn't received.

The email is no reply, as the item is closed there's no contact seller option, what do I do?

They have webchat but personally I’d just ignore. You’ve sorted it officially and it’s been refunded.

Somewhere in the contact info is a phone number. I have used it a couple of times and they have always been very helpful.

Edit: I had the number in my contacts. Not sure if it's still current 08002797234

Go to the specific order and press something like report a problem or contact us. You can do a live that or get them to ring you.
