Vinted parcel help!

I'm new to selling on vinted...

Anyway I've sold an item that is very lightweight, so I went with the "small" parcel option.

However, I've realised it could do with going in a box to avoid getting squashed.

Have looked at the in post instructions which seem to suggest you can change to a medium locker when dropping off, but won't this mean it's been underpaid? It doesn't give dimensions on vinted only weight.

I've found inpost and evri don't care what size you've paid for, so I'd chance it. There's often no small lockers available and you have to select medium anyway.

I don't think inpost weigh any parcels tbh
this is from their website
"Our largest lockers can fit parcels that are up to 41cm x 38 cm x 64cm – and the maximum weight we accept is 15kg. To avoid any stuck parcels or damaged doors, please don’t try to force your parcel in if it’s a bit too snug.

Please pop your parcel in the smallest available compartment. If you’ve got a small parcel and there’s only a medium or large compartment available, feel free to use one of those – there won’t be any extra, sneaky charges. You can check what compartment sizes are available at the lockers on our app."
