Would you expect to see heart failure/enlarged heart on a chest X-ray?

It is visible but like all things depends on the degree/severity

And if the heart was an abnormal size you’d expect it to be mentioned?
DM has some symptoms that could be heart failure, but there was no mention of the heart, so I’m assuming not.
