Anyone know any good therapists?

Hi all,

Does anyone know any good therapists who can help with processing childhood trauma? I’m a new mum and I was bereaved quite traumatically in childhood, which is all resurfacing again.

Anyone also tried any particular types of therapy which have helped you?

Thanks

I, and my Control System colleagues, are well trained and experienced in trauma. Happy to send you a list of practitioners if you wish.

Ensure you work with either a psychotherapist or psychologist. Interview them, find out what extra training they have completed in working with trauma. Many people advertise as ‘trauma informed’ professionals but haven’t had a great deal of additional training.
