Money making watching videos

Is this for real? I'm having loads of adds about people who make money watching YouTube videos and rating them. Has anyone pursued this?

Earning money online takes time and effort

OP
When you look at their vids, they are making money.

I watch a lot of vlogs re hols destinations - there are some Vlogers out there that often get well over 500k views per video and more a lot more in the popular destinations/ideas etc.

You need to have interesting content and make people watch you vids, ie make them interesting

It looks easy but is not

I think OP means she's seen people claiming to make lots of money for watching other people's videos? Rather than content creators sharing what they've made financially from their own videos.

I initially thought that, not sure why I went OT. Thanks

IMO, its all too good to be true for 99.99999% of the people that fall/try that kind of thing.

Be CAREFUL with alot of these money making promises!!! Alot of these are SCAMS! I was really struggling during covid and got scammed. If you need money i suggest buying a course that will teach you new skills. My son in-law showed me a course that did really help me when i bought it. Showed me step by step how to do a whole bunch of things. I can post the course on here if any parents are struggling at the moment like i was!🙌

You can make money from watching online ads and content and rating them, but it's a pittance and takes up a lot of time.

It's a bit like those online surveys - yes, you can make a tiny bit of cash but it would be easier and quicker to go and work in Tesco for a couple of evenings a week.

It's understandable to be curious about those ads claiming you can make money by watching YouTube videos and rating them. While some apps do offer rewards for these activities, it's essential to approach them with a bit of caution and manage your expectations.
There are apps that pay you money. They're legitimate and can be a fun way to earn some extra cash in your spare time. A good option is "Nielsen Computer & Mobile Panel," which rewards you for sharing your browsing data.
However, it's important to remember that these apps won't make you rich. They're more suitable for earning pocket money rather than a full-time income.
