I am appalled at how many people think the ECHR is an EU institution rather than an international convention of which the UK was a major architect and one of the primary signatories

vote stay as it was nothing to do with the EU.

but as with the Brexit vote they will appeal to the racists and ignorant and they will vote not knowing the fact again.
