What to do with big empty kitchen wall.

Photo below. It’s too high for functional shelves, I won’t be able to reach and do not want to have decorative ones to clean.

I would love to have different size decorative plates, Turkish / Moroccan designs but my DP is against them as “old-fashioned”.

Any ideas and links are welcome. Thank you.

  • A picture with glass cover which is easy to clean or a back splash type picture
  • A small shelf with a trailing indoor plant
  • Stick on stencil type wall art which can easily be peeled off an removed or moved to a new location

The herbs look lovely but I can’t easily reach there to water, it needs to be something low maintenance but this gave me an idea to do this elsewhere - thank you.
