Any nice places for afternoon tea near Horncastle / Woodhall Spa / Spilsby

As the title really, I've googled and found a few places but trip advisor reviews aren't great. And then there are other less 'big' places, more cafe or tea room style, but I just can't tell if they are actually nice or not (for food and for venue).

So any recommendations would be gratefully received!

The Cornhill Cafe in Spilsby market place does lovely cakes and is really nice, but is very tiny. I'm not sure they do a full afternoon tea.

The Petwood in Woodhall Spa do a posh afternoon tea. It was good when I last went, although that's some time ago. The Admiral Rodney in Horncastle do a good afternoon tea and it's a nice hotel.
