Anyone else doing a big clean today?

And procrastinating?
I need to clean and hoover everywhere but can't seem to move from the sofa....

My lovely cleaner, she was ill last week, has extra time to spare this week.

To quote my DM the house will be standing stiff.( And no, I don’t know either)😁

Good idea. My phone battery is now at 2% so I'll have to get up and plug my phone in...

Nope but I have changed the bed, hung the first load of washing on the line (first time this year, it’s a lovely breezy day and I love the smell of line dried laundry), second load in. Windows opened wide for 20 minutes earlier, giving the house a good airing.
I’m waiting for the chimney sweep, once he’s been I will get DH to do the vacuuming.

Yep this afternoon I am planning a big clean so I don't have to do any this weekend, that' my motivation. The more I do today the less there is to do tomorrow.

I've only cleaned the kitchen, done the rubbish and a bit of shopping so far.

Our binmen appear to have been kidnapped as they haven't been so far...

I made a start!
Put a face mask on too. Put a wash on, cleaned the kitchen, opened windows and now to do the living room and hallway next.

Me! I've got myself into a slump that I'm really struggling to get out of. I'm in that place where there is so much to do that I'm doing nothing
My house needs a good clean and tidy and so do I. I just can't seem to get started 😕
I've just shoved some washing in the machine though so that's one thing done ✔️

I horrendous at getting started then I came across this girl on fb. Now I put them on on YouTube while I'm cleaning and I've done the whole downstairs today. I don't particularly watch them I listen because she's great.

Did 2 1/2 hours cleaning after work this morning, I'm done for the day I can't be arsed doing anymore today

I surpassed myself on the multitasking front. Listened to podcast, with dye in my hair whilst cleaning the bathroom.
House is looking much better and fresher but still need to mop.
