Hi :-) I bought a pair of shoes on Vinted but when they arrived yesterday they were the wrong shoes. The seller had two pairs of gold Dune shoes for sale and she sent me the £10 pair when I paid for the £20 pair. They're different to look at, heel height etc. I've contacted her and she's apologised and asked if I still want the ones I paid for, which I definitely do. Already have the outfit to go with them! I'm happy to sort it out between us and she's happy to send the correct ones when my money lands in her bank. However she's suggested I'll need to use Vinted to return the item. The problem is that the only option I can see on Vinted is return/refund. I don't want a refund. Has anyone experience of this issue please or advice? Vinted only give you two days to return the items. Thanks.
