If you work for your DH, what’s your job title?

DH has recently become self-employed in a trade. I do all the appointments, bookkeeping, etc. I am struggling to come up with a job title for myself. ‘’Assistant’, ‘Office Manager’ or ‘wife’ don’t really work. Any ideas? Thanks.

How about Executive Assistant - as you will be assisting the exec of the company. Or Operations Manager?

@rainingoutsideagain there is just the two of us. Do you think EA or OM sound a bit too grand for a 2 person outfit?

I am the Company Secretary for DP's business.

How about CMO Chief managing officer - him COO chief operating officer. Drop the chief if you wish.

I would say office manager.

Finance Assistant or Officer if you are doing the bookkeeping.

You can call yourself whatever you like.

General manager?

Business manager?

Operations manager?

If he's going to form a limited company there could be advantages to you being a director or company secretary so you could use that.

@Bjorkdidit ooh Business Manager! I like that!

I wouldn’t use Company Secretary personally, it implies a level of competence in areas of governance.
