Recommendations for a cheese and wine hamper gift please. Budget is pretty small, £80 maximum.
Needed for a family member who is late 50's but loves her cheese and wine white. Sauvignon preferred.

I'd go to a local cheese monger and ask them to put something together for you.

Thank you, that's a good idea usually. But I forgot to say that I need to order online for delivery to her address as she's the other side of the country.

I'd still speak to them - I've just checked online and our local cheesemonger delivers to any mainland UK address for £8 then a bit extra to other areas of the UK. At the one I'm looking at you'd be able to create your own hamper if they didn't have a ready made one to suit.

Oh really? That's useful as most hampers include red wine and she's definitely a white fan. Thank you! I'll have a look.

Also....I don't suppose you could give me the name of that cheese monger? We live in the arse end of nowhere and I ding know if we've got somewhere local who specialises.

Look at the Morpeth Cheese Shop , they have a variety Hamper for around £50 ish.
You'd have to send wine separately as I think the only Hamper with wine is red .

Definetly try this or even a nice supermarket. I did this for a friend, so it wasn't beautifully wrapped but much cheaper and she actually got more for the money.

Cheesegeeks do various hampers and they're good - have used a few times
you can usually get a discount code for signing up to emails

Thank you all! Some amazing suggestions and websites to check out this evening. I think I've found the right gift for her based on your suggestions. x
