I think that is in fact the correct pronunciation of Hunt. And Cameron. And Rees-Mogg.

That is the correct pronunciation, the H is silent.

I saw this too and the poor woman realised as she quickly repeated with “Hunt”.

I have to applaud how she dealt with it. I would have been fired as I know I would have broken into uncontrollable laughter as I did at home.🤣

I saw that . She didn't miss a beat , very professional if she realised what she'd said . Don't think I've heard that so clearly said on prime time tv before .

Contrary to most posts I think this was quite deleberate. I can understand a slip of the tongue if his name is followed by another word beginning with c, spoonerisms are fairly easy in those circumstances. This was quite deleberate

As an aside, I have never known a nice Jeremy.
