Red wine spillage corrector, no more wasting white wine.

Yes! Thank you! Why do I have so many? At one point Boots was giving them away in the online orders to try and shift them. No one wants clean hands anymore.

fishfingersandtoes · 06/03/2024 22:13

Fire lighters?

Namechangedatheist · 06/03/2024 22:13

But it only works on ecclesiastical dress?

OoohLaLaLa · 06/03/2024 22:13

Felt pen remover

ThePoshUns · 06/03/2024 22:15

Eh?

Thatblokeissoannoying · 06/03/2024 22:16

Lots of half bottles in the back of drawers

That’s what I use mine for!

😀My thoughts entirely!

OP, you surely mean surplus!

waterlellon · 06/03/2024 22:20

Remember when it was something we all used like after touching the post etc

You know they do so why even mention it

EndlesslyDistracted · 06/03/2024 22:21

Still using it when out and about, after using supermarket trolleys, escalator handrails, touch screens, before eating.

Just for humour, not being nasty. Is it not allowed to comment on errors?. It's funny where autocorrect can take you sometimes and this is a good one!

ALongHardWinter · 06/03/2024 22:28

I'm intrigued as I have had trouble actually finding any the damn stuff lately! Up until about 6 months ago,it was everywhere, but this last week I've looked in Asda, Aldi and Poundland with no luck.

I was having a ecstatic moment, my dyslexia got in the way...

OP posts:

I used to get given free ones in Wilko. I remember back during Covid when some places were charging £7-8 for a tiny bottle.

If you are a bit sweaty in the pits when the weather is warm, a bit of gel on tissue and then wiped in your armpits helps to keep wiffs down. I think I read it on here.

CrushingOnRubies · 06/03/2024 22:33

I use it as surface cleaner at work.

Pen marks, coffee marks any sticky tape residue is gone.

Work in a place which we have a lot of surplus it also stinks to high heaven , so got my own nice stuff for me then use their stuff to clean things with

EndlesslyDistracted · 06/03/2024 22:39

I clean my phone screen with it, also rub it onto the inner soles of sandals if they get a bit whiffy.

We've still got far more of the small bottles than we need because I refill them from a big one I got from Superdrug ages ago. Probably ought to bin some of them, I only really use the ones in my bag and car.

Why would you comment though? It is perfectly clear what OP meant. What is humour to you may upset the person it is directed at. So, no it really isn't the done thing to point out people's errors.
