I dont often to music loads anymore, but I just happened to catch an uplifting song when I had the radio on for five minutes and it made me think maybe I should listen to it more. Do you think music can help keep you positive?

Absolutely! I cannot imagine a life without music, and listening to good uplifting music that you like is very good for your mood.

Yes. It can calm your worries or galvanise your inactive mood or be cathartic and let you feel.

I listen to music as often as I can. When I'm listening to music I love it makes me feel great. My aches and pains and worries melt away, and boring tasks like washing dishes become times of pleasure and happiness.

Yes I'll often drive the long way to places just to listen to a bit more music.

It can definitely change the way I feel, and either lift me up or help me to have a little cry if I need to release some emotions.
