I know it differs from each one and area etc but just looking for some general info.

does anyone know how many bidders housing associations shortlist?

There are 5 houses and we are number 10 on two, 9 on one and 7 on the other. Do they only look at the top 3 like the council or do the council give them the top 10 for example to look at?

sorry the 5th house is a different one. Not a new build and diff association and we haven’t bidded on that as can only bid on 3 (one we’ve bidded on has 2 included in the bid)
