Sorry, Facebook one

I know there were some problems yesterday, but now I can't sign in. I keep on requesting a code and then receive 2 (different ones) within seconds. Neither of which works.

If I request them again, I just get the same 2 different numbers in another email - which don't work.

I've spent an hour trying to find some help on their site but they seem to want to want you to be logged in to report problems.

Is it just me ?

Have you tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies in your browser - what are you on - your mobile or laptop? Which browser?

Sometimes it can be your browser settings or a browser add-on that stops part of the webpage from displaying something else you need to click on when you enter the number - i use the Brave browser and this has a setting I have to switch off sometimes to get certain sites to work - sometimes the "I am not a robot" checkbox is hidden. In Chrome I have ad-blocker type ad-ons that also cause problems with certain elements displaying on certain webpages - try another device or browser.

Annoyingly my phone is still signed in. But getting it to request a password reset email also produces 2 separate numbers. Which I am suspecting is something to do with me having 2 recovery email addresses.

I wouldn't mind so much, but I also setup 2FA and provided a mobile number, so it's not as if there aren't other ways they could re-verify me.

Still can't log in. Keep going around in circles being directed to the email reset code page.

Yeah. Click the "send code" then receive 2 different ones, neither of which works.

Going through the Help Center just leads me back to the page that sends the email code again. I can't seem to find any other means of support.

Maybe the universe is telling me something ?

@Quicknamechange2015 I would go to apps in your phone settings and delete the data part and then uninstall the app and reboot your phone and reinstall it. if that doesn't work If try to re-register with Facebook by trying to create an account using the same registration details i.e. same ending address you used before - it should (hopefully) tell you that you already have an account and possibly redirect you to a page to login - maybe a different one to what you have been seeing. Are you sure you haven't previously created another Facebook account and that the codes you are getting are for this other account you've forgotten about?
