I woke in a peri sweat an hour ago, had to get up and change as felt disgusting but thankfully alone in the bed so now the other side of it with a coffee because no amount of trying to get back to sleep is working and contemplating my day.

Very early train to a work conference 😭

I’m watching my 3 week old grandson while his mum gets some sleep ☺️.

Advanced osteoarthritis causing nerve pain. Awake 1am-2,3am and again now.
No meds touch this. Happens several nights per week.
Will maybe get some sleep in another hour but then my cat says getting up time is 6.30am

Things churning up inside & I have stomach ache. Woke too early. Will also grab coffee & bring bank to bed. Soothing vibes for us all. 🌷

2 month old waking every hour for a feed, then 2 hrs of crying just now before finally falling asleep again. It's been a rough night!

My mind hasn't switched off from work and now that I've been lying awake for ages, I've randomly developed earache to prevent any possibility of going back to sleep.

My autistic son has avoided his homework for a week and now cannot do it he is looking at a detention and is refusing to go in his attendance is very low those could be avoided if he does what I tell him to do (his fucking homework when he gets it) but he refuses EVERY TIME he is 15 about to take his mocks and going to fail I've done my best with this situation the school...have not and its too late to move him frustratingly he is quite compliant at school if they TOLD him he HAD to go to the club and do it during school time he would but they refuse to tell him saying its his "choice" which would be fine if he wasn't autistic because he thinks not doing homework is a valid choice and he shouldn't get punished for it

In the meantime he throws everything everywhere smashing my house about and he will absolutely fail his GCSEs he understands this and STILL won't do anything

I'm so fucking alone here the school is a "good" school but they are failing my SEN child they repeatedly don't put things in place for him when they do they bleat on a out it being a choice despite me begging them not to give him a choice he can't cope with choices all the time

I dont know what to do right now 😕 I've tried sanctions he just goes to sleep rewards? They got thrown up the wall yesterday bribes? Again thrown around

Wake up bursting for a wee every night/morning between 3-4am. Then lie awake after with an aching stomach.
Think I may have to stop drinking anything after 8pm in future......

Same! Mine is asleep on me but as soon as I put her in the next to me, she will wake up and cry. I'm soooo tired 😭

Second week of having Pneumonia.
I have never before experienced anything so bad. It is awful.

Severe cramps in my calf at 3am. After a podcast I didn't drop off again so just watched an episode of my current favourite TV show with a cuppa. Feeling ready to nap on sofa now with cats for company.

Bloody persistent UTI. It's doing my head in. Had antibiotics last week from the chemist next to where I work and it's come back. I could cry. Is it a Dr's job now? Might call my own chemist to see it they can prescribe more antibiotics

Woke up at 5 needing a wee and couldn't get back to sleep.
