I love Nadija. I love how open she is about her mental health. I love her style. I love her kitchen even if it isn't hers. I love her attitude and her humour. I think she's great.

But. I have never cooked one of her recipes and not been vaguely disappointed. They've been fine. But just that. Fine. I don't think it's me-i'm a good cook. Anyone else?

Same. Love her, love her programmes but the recipes I have done of hers haven't been great. I did a quiche which used potatoes and onions for the crust and it just didn't taste great. I think I get sold on her enthusiasm and not look at what the recipe actually is. I did her coffee cake with the whipped coffee cream topping. I whipped it. And whipped it and it never went like hers. I think some of her recipes seem to skip some steps or processes to make them look easy and effortless.
