Just wondering where people get nice dinner sets

I dont mean expensive, just nice. All the ones I seem to find have rims on the plates, which I find odd. Or the cereal bowls are just not "it" if you know what I mean.
Where do you find nice dinner sets?

Denby. We bought ours when Debenhams was closing. They are fab.

Another vote for Denby. We got the Linen set direct from Denby when they had an offer on. I love it because it is neutral but not all cream/white. Has proven to be very robust and worth the initial outlay.

You anywhere near a Boundary Outlet? Fabulous range including Denby.

What do you mean by the rims on the plates being odd? Like having a design around the rim or just having a plate which isn’t completely flat?

The second one..not that they aren't flat but theres almost a full raised rim.

I think that’s standard isn’t it? The Denby ones usually have quite a distinct rim so probably aren’t what you’re looking for. Something like these or these maybe? If you’re near a JL ours has loads of sets on display so good for browsing.
