I need some artwork for my walls but don't know what I like!

My bedroom is olive green walls and white/pink.

I need something on the walls but I can't find anything I like at all. Not a thing.

Any ideas?

Etsy is your best friend!
I find prints I like on there, then depending on the print size I've bought, I look for frames on there too. Absolutely 1000s to choose from.
I often don't have anything in mind, but just scroll until one pops out at me.
I bought this the other day for my new bathroom and I love it!

I think you need to figure out what subject you would like first, so it could be related to hobbies, interests, local places, places you have visited etc. The reason I say this is because I like pictures in my home to have sone meaning to someone in it. I don't go in for entirely abstract painting for that reason.

I would then take your time to find something you really like and if you can afford it go for original art. I really take my time now and don't get something unless I really like it. Mind you we have a lot of bare walls!

If you desperately need something to fill the wall, just get something cheap and cheerful that is easy to frame that you can live with and then hold out for something you really like later on.

Any colleges near you exhibiting? I’ve bought art from art students’ exhibitions in the past and some are now worth a bit as examples of ‘early work!

I like King and McGraw. You can get prints in different sizes and order them unframed too.

Redbubble is pretty good for art in lots of styles, might be able to find something you like on there.

When I'm picking art to go on my walls, I screenshot it and make it my phone background for a while to see if I really like it or if I go off it quickly.

There's no point in spending money on something if it isn't something you like, so if you feel you HAVE to have something right now, why not:
Make something yourself - you don't have to be particularly artistic, it could be completely abstract, a collage, anything!
Use a birthday card you like
Frame a wallpaper sample or piece of fabric in the colours of your room
Use a favourite photo or take one in the tones of the room, either blow it up and frame it or get it put into a canvas
Use something made by your children/family members
Get something cheap from IKEA
Get a mirror!
