Anyone had this

Any advice on how to discuss it with them?

It’s costing us money.

This has been going on for a bit on various projects (not all mine)

She’s good at her job but she’s a massive procrastinator.

My boss is aware of the issues but rates her, she’s worked for the company for years, so the option to just not work with her ever may not be possible (though I can keep her off some jobs)

Set penalties for missing deadlines?

Are you just an employee? I can't work out your position from the op.
Why is it your business to be so concerned about this if the boss isn't particularly bothered?

Moveoverdarlin · 03/03/2024 15:18

Set a deadline. Hi Emily, I need this one back for 2pm at the latest. Cheers!

@CremeEggThief a company losing money should be an employee's concern, as you don't want to see a business go under or you/a colleague lose their job if they have to reduce staff.
