Does anyone have any nice ideas for mothers' day gifts that are not flowers, plants, wine or chocolates?

I've bought the following for my mum over the years (some things she needed)

Blueberry bush
Cardigan
Shoes
Face creams
Silk pillowcase cover
A garden chair

You could do something together, like an afternoon tea or similar.

We are going out for dinner as well but I want some kind of gift as well. Will pillowcase is a good idea or maybe a cardigan if I can go shopping.

She likes art and gardening so either vouchers for the gardening centre, or vouchers for her favourite art supplies shop

DS is taking me out to dinner and DD will buy me alcohol and sweets and make lunch. Used to buy my DM books, chocolates, alcohol and DVDs. She had a cupboard full of throws. Perfume is always welcome. At the moment I’d settle for a new bread maker.

SPA certificate or theater/art gallery tickets and Mother's day video with a song she likes and photos of her! Here are some ideas for that as well.

How about custom jewelry? You can turn her name into a unique piece of jewelry, such as a custom necklace or custom ring, which would be nice and special.
