Sport - which TV channels do I need?

I used to be a huge sports fan, one of many things that fell by the wayside when I was a wife and mother with a full on job.

Now, I've got a rainy afternoon with nothing much to do and thought I'd watch the Grand Prix, but if course none of the good sport is on terrestrial TV these days.

Ive been meaning to treat myself to Sky (?) for a while but everything I look, my mind is blown by all the options.

What do I actually need, if my main interests are football, motor sport, athletics, rugby internationals?

Sky Sport gives you lots of Sports channels but not all Premier league football matches. It does have most tennis tournaments, formula 1, and lots of other sports like sailing, skiing etc.
BT/TNT is very good it has all Australian cricket. It also has all the Champions League football.
Amazon Prime also has some football matches.
I have them all because DH and I love watching sport.

Rugby a mixture of Sky Sport and BT/TNT. Some athletics is on ATM on BBC 2. Golf is on Sky.
