Anyone know what these are?

At first I was like chickenpox because he was itchy, but now suddenly he's not itchy with no other sign of more and I've never caught him itching either, they've been there since Thursday morning, they've never changed, I used the glass over the spot theory and yes the spot disappeared from what I could see, hes got a runny nose but no other symptoms does anyone know what it is? I'm stumped!

Molluscum?

My Ds had them. They are a pain in the arse and take forever to get rid of, but they aren’t ultimately harmful to them. They are very contagious though!

@CissOff they seem odd, I've had a look and thankfully his doesn't look half as bad as the pictures describing Molluscum I'll keep an eye on them but since Thursday that's all he's had.
