Does anyone have this Bosch oven?

Old friends reunion in Airbnb. No oven instructions. We can't work out how to put the oven on to cook Helen's fish pie, before we drink all the prossecco. This is a photo of the control panel. None of the numbers on the oven are recognised online.

I was just about to say "yes I have" but mine is obviously something from the dark ages!! I just have 2 knobs!

The circle with the fan is the same pic as on mine. Thats the oven. See if you touch that it comes on

I also have an older model with 2 knobs but I suspect you need to select a function, so try pressing the symbol in the left with the fan. That’ll be fan oven. The one with just a line at the top is the grill and one with lines at top and bottom is non-fan oven.
