I want to get into coding.
i am currently a QA Auditor in the science sector.
My husband is in the QA sector for IT. He knows python etc so he will be a help.
how do I get into it? Preferably fitting it around my current career and home life.

As pp said CFG do free Kickstarter courses in a range of relevant skills, the courses are 8 weeks long then you can go on to apply for the CFG degree, many of which are employer sponsored with a job at the end of it.

There are on demand MOOCs for complete beginners too.

https://www.py4e.com/ is a great resource, as is free code camp. Real Python is also a great website and has a paid option, although there is plenty for free.
