Gammon Steak

Thinking about making gammon steaks tonight for dinner. I've had a look on Google and it's pretty much the same old, gammon, peas,egg,pineapple, chips combo. I do love that usually as its good comfort food. But tonight, I would like to step outside my comfort zone and throw caution to the wind

Has anyone got any good ideas on how, I can up my game with gammon steaks

@Noneofourbusiness , dried parsley won’t give you anything like the same flavour.
If you don’t want to buy a fresh bunch and then waste much of it, wet the remains thoroughly then wrap tightly in foil, and freeze. Then you can slice chunks off later to use as fresh.

If you’re grilling them in a George Foreskin or similar, (not a typo, it’s what we call it in this adult house!) then grill the pineapple rings at the same time. Or use some fry light and fry the slices in a pan till browned, sprinkle them with a little brown sugar.
