Heart failure in young person

DD (19) has been given diagnosis of heart failure. Stage 1. She has a pacemaker and meds to manage. Apparently no other treatment a possibility at this stage .
Anyone have any ideas of life outcome ? Or experience. I don't know any of other teens with this.
Due to see heart failure team soon.
