Very much inspired by an earlier deleted thread. It was so obviously created by chatGPT. Now obviously the scenario may have had some truth to it but the writing style didn't ring true.

Now I am spending my evening coming up with crazy AIBU questions and asking chatGPT. it's really making me laugh and realise how many threads are creating using it

I hope this doesn't come across as nosy, but I can't shake off this curiosity and I need some perspective. Our next-door neighbors seem to be living a much more luxurious lifestyle than us. They drive fancy cars, travel frequently, and their kids go to private schools. Meanwhile, we're just an average family trying to make ends meet.
Recently, my husband and I have been wondering about their income. We've never discussed finances with them, and they seem quite private about it. But part of me is dying to know how they afford their lifestyle.
Am I being unreasonable in wanting to know what our neighbors earn? Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you handle it? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I remember that thread and thought it a load of silliness. I didn't realise that it was a bot, though.

Once you start playing with it. The style becomes obvious.

I can't decide if these threads that are clearly written by AI are conclusive proof that AI is not intelligent to take over the world or are seeded by computer scientist who are using our replies to improve their language bots.
