Chicken in black bean sauce, because we have various ends of veg in the fridge that can be stir fried.

Lazy tea tonight - chicken, peppers and onion fried and put in part baked rolls with salad.

A quick egg, probably, in between different activities.

Cottage Pie made with Quorn.

Lasagna out the freezer - thank goodness for batch cooking and freezing, because today has been shit and it's one less thing to think about. 😕
