Would this be weird?

So I went for a private ultrasound scan last week and it was an independently owned business and only one woman running it, she was so lovely.

It was the NICEST smelling building I have ever been in. I want the smell in my own home! I noticed a reed diffuser on the table in the small waiting area, took a quick photo of it and purchased it online when I got home.

It arrived today and I’m devastated as it is not what I smelt whilst there. Upon looking online there is actually several different variations of the scent so now naturally I’m gutted.

My question is.. would it be weird to ring the lady and ask her what the scent is and where she bought it from? 🥴 I personally would find it a compliment as I love when someone tells me either I smell nice or my home does. But I don’t know, I’m socially a little awkward and suffer with anxiety so my brain is telling me not to be a weirdo.

I'd be really pleased to be asked that :)

I don't think it's a weird thing to ask at all.

I must admit I don't spend much time worrying about what other people think though. And if I wanted to know something (even if it thought it was an odd thing to ask about), I'd still ask them.
