We've received offers today for Cheadle Hulme School and Alderley Edge School for Girls for Y7 (waitlisted for King's). Would love to hear any thoughts/insight into these schools and also any experience of being waitlisted! 🙏

Caveats that my info is 15 years out of date but of the 2 I’d pick Cheadle hulme. Feel free to msg me if you want reasons.

mine went to kings and very happy with it but as I said it’s a while ago

The curriculums are quite different - we had the same offers and have opted for AESG. Both super schools so probably comes down to your gut feeling.

Thanks both!

@Wilmsla yes, both great schools, think that's why we're finding the decision so tricky! Going back for post-offer tours this week. Is your DD there now or have you accepted for this year?

We are completely new to the school - so first time acepteees. Hope the tours go well. I felt like we lived at both schools as we made up our minds. So much so -I suspect they think the whole family are starting 🤣
