How to help nausea right now?

I have emetophobia and feel on the brink of being sick, I need remedies please!

The nausea is caused by antibiotics, today was the last day of taking them so if I can manage until tomorrow morning I should be OK after that.

Any specific tips for AB-induced nausea? I can feel a chemical taste coming back up into my throat, it's awful. I think I ate too much for dinner which didn't help, but an empty stomach makes it worse too. Urgh!

If you like them, nibbling on a ginger biscuit can help.
If you have some ground ginger in the cupboard, half teaspoon in a cup of boiling water then sipped when cool enough.
Antacids such as Rennie's help if you have any.

Lemon and ginger tea always helps me.

I'm sure I read somewhere that humming helps with nausea - worth a try!
