I've not been in this position before and don't want to miss something obvious. Have been asked what my terms are for an offer of employment. Obvious things are WFH/office days, holiday entitlement and renumeration. Things like pension etc are fixed along with other fixed company benefits. Am I missing anything obvious from the negotiable list that I should consider asking for/including?
