Out of curiosity- what time do you wake in the mornings & go to bed at night?

I rarely turn my light off before 1am.
Sometimes it is later.
I wake when my alarm goes off, and that is different times on different days ...... over a week it will usually be 8am about 3 times, 9am twice and perhaps 10am twice.
There are the odd times when I have to set an alarm for 7am or 6.30, and that's when I get up if I need to for some reason.
I don't 'naturally wake' before 10.30 or 11 if I ever didn't set an alarm.
