Appealing blocked account on Vinted - but no link to appeal process. Any experience of this?

Clutching at straws here! Can anyone help with how to appeal Vinted's decision to block my account? Everything I look at tells me to follow the link in the message that told me about the decision, but there is nothing in that message about appealing the decision. It simply states:

"...if you aren’t satisfied with this resolution, you can consider alternative ways to resolve your dispute as indicated in our Terms & Conditions..."

It's absolutely nothing dodgy that I've done, just selling an item that somehow goes against their rules. It really doesn't. I have proof.

I was jotting down some information to support my case, and it's only now I realise that because there's no link, I've no idea where to send the info!

Has anyone had this or can you give me any ideas how to lodge this appeal without a link??

This happened to me once and I think I was able to just reply to the blocking message. Can you do that?

No, @TheOccupier , there's no option to reply or appeal in the message I received. The only link in the message was to their terms and conditions. When I googled what to do in this situation, It said to follow the link in the 'block' message - but there wasn't one! It's so frustrating.

From what I can gather, loads of people have had their accounts blocked for spurious reasons. It's so stupid. I was so careful too, as I much preferred selling on Vinted over ebay.

Out of interest which rule are you supposed to have broken?

Are you on the vinted fb group?
Lots of people post on there all the time about it, unfortunately with no success. Vinted turf people off their site much more easily than eBay do.

Perhaps try opening on a desktop version? Sometimes app versions hide features.

Still trying to remember how I did it! Can you go into the help centre and start a new support request?

@TheOccupier - No, I can't access the help centre due to being blocked. I can only access my messages and my balance, nothing else. Not even the items I had for sale.

@SaulHudsonDavidJones - It was the desktop version I was looking at. I've tried the app just in case, but the message is just the same, with no links to appeal.

@Lavendersquare - Ironically, because I'm blocked, when I try to follow the link to the rules that was in the message, it says I can't because my account it blocked!! So I can't see precisely what rule I've broken.

@OooohAhhhh - I don't really use facebook, find it quite confusing, but might have a look at that.

Well slap my cockles and call me Susan! My account is back! Wtf?? Was just on my phone when a notification popped up at top of screen that someone had favoured one of my items: this obviously can't happen if my account is blocked. I raced to open the app, and yes, it's restored. No emails from Vinted and no message on my account either. The last message from them is the one telling me I'm permanently blocked!

To say I'm confused is an understatement. Can't imagine why this has happened as I haven't lodged an appeal (why I started this thread...) and also why it's happened the day after I started a thread on mumsnet....

I hope this isn't an error on their part.

I'm blocked too never happened before and says suspected I'm not a human because of fast activity! Simone has just bought an item and I can't even message to say that I'm unable to send it
