Why to get father in law for his birthday

My FIL is turning 60 and me and my partner haven’t got a clue what to get him.
He likes his garden, birdwatching, watching the local non league football team, watching telly and scrolling on his iPad.
He doesn’t drive, travelling to unknown places can be triggering for his anxiety. He doesn’t want anything but both him and my MIL have been so great to me - I really want to make sure we get him something nice. Money is very tight so I can’t afford to buy anything expensive. We normally just get him some silly jokey things for his birthday. I know he’ll be happy with whatever we get him as he isn’t materialistic in the slightest, but still want to make the effort.
Help?!?!

Have you had a look at the RSPB website?

Or something from a garden centre?

Do the local Sunday league team have away games or anything? Maybe a ticket to that, plus the offer of a lift/drink/pub lunch when there and make a day of it.

Or something useful for the ipad, like a stand or whatever.

Bird box, bird bath, hedgehog house, a plant, garden centre vouchers.

A bird feeder that goes on the window? We bought my father the National trust one for his lounge and he enjoys watching birds sitting on the ledge and nibbling the food he puts out.
