How the heck do you cancel Audible these days?

I've had an Audible membership on and off for years, never had difficulty switching it off, but I'm trying to do so now and I can only 'pause membership' for 3 months from my Audible account, and there is no option to cancel from my Amazon account.

I've googled and it takes me to the account page which will only let me pause. Has anyone done this recently, I will be fuming if they've changed it so you have to call (there's a phone number to call customer services from the account page now).

Ignore me, I needed to click "full site" and the option shows up (on phone).

I love many things about Amazon but they do seem to hide all the useful stuff away under multiple clicks. I needed to tell them that only two of three of the same item were in my delivery and it took me ages.

Check your bank statement. They carried on taking the fee the next month after I cancelled. Bet they make millions doing that!
