And I don't have a very good history of making them!
I'm making two batches - Cheese & Chive and also Plain with raspberry jam and cream.
Now, the cheese ones are in the oven already but the light in my oven has gone so I cannot peer in to see if they have shot up like a rocket in Florida and so I shall simply wait! The last lot I made had an erectile distinction problem and we're as flat as a fart so fingers crossed this lot will be perfection!
I am also very bored on this lovely sunny Sunday and so I hope god is on my sconey team.
Also, it's Scone as in Bone and absolutely not Scon as in gone.
