A Mothers Day gifts thread

Hoping that you will have some inspiration! DD is getting me a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser as a combined Christmas/Mothers Day/birthday present since I live overseas and haven't seen her since November (she's coming to visit in three weeks). This was at my suggestion as I have a hot chocolate obsession!

My mum is 78, has a blue badge, doesn't have a sweet tooth, has just had surgery on her scalp for basal cell carcinoma which has left her with a hopefully temporary bald patch and a large wound, so isn't going out much. Whatever I get has to be ordered online. For Christmas and her birthday (Jan), I got her a book subscription kind of arrangement - the reality is that I order a bunch on Amazon and my dad doles them out monthly when I remind him! I will get some flowers delivered, and need to come up with a gift idea too.

What about a jigsaw? I know a lot of people get pleasure out of them. Especially if she cannot go out much. Another option might be a bird feeder that could be stood outside but close to the window where she sits most.
